Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: A client may cancel 48 hours prior to appointment without penalty. (Penalty - next appointment will be an extra $75.00 charge) Booking fee is non- refundable. However, you can reschedule another appointment. A NONREFUNDABLE / NON- NEGOTIABLE Full payment is required for all clients. Please be sure to provide a working email to receive your confirmation with my location. No shows will NOT be able to book an appointment in the future and will be charged the remaining balance for their appointment. You must cancel within 48 hours to reschedule another appointment date. (If you are unable to make your appointment, please be courteous enough to send an email / text or cancel through your appointment link. It is very much appreciated) There is a 15-minute grace period. Following that a $75 late fee will be applied. After 15 mins you will need to reschedule your appointment. NO EXTRA GUESTS PLEASE Thank you!
